Norwich has many properties built with the technique of CAST IN SITUE lintels which are no longer considered acceptable. You only have to look at many 60's - 80's houses to see cracking along the top corners above the windows. We also have repaced many timber lintels which have rotted over the years especially on Norwich terrace houses.
